Due to the high demand and frequent waitlists at our tournaments, groups may now opt for Priority Stabling to ensure the best possible experience. With Priority Stabling, exhibitors receive:

• Guaranteed approval of their stabling request

• Premium stall placement, located in either the front or second row

• Heightened visibility for your barn/brand

• Additional convenience of closest proximity to competition rings    

Please note that these rates apply to the group's booking, not to each individual stall. Priority Stabling during the Ottawa Welcome and Ottawa Summer Tournaments is only available to those booking both weeks. 

• Ottawa Welcome 1 & 2: Front Row Placement – $1,500 ($750 per week) / Second Row Placement – $1,000 ($500 per week)

• Ottawa Summer Tournament 1 & 2: Front Row Placement – $2,000 ($1000 per week) / Second Row Placement – $1,500 ($750 per week)

• Ottawa National: Front Row Placement – $750 / Second Row Placement – $500

50% deposit required up front to lock in your spot, remaining 50% to be paid during show week.

Priority stabling is not a requirement. If you choose to not purchase priority stabling, you may submit your request by completing the forms available below. Stalls will NOT be confirmed until an email is received from the show office indicating acceptance on the confirmation date of each respective horse show in the same fashion as years past. 

Ottawa Welcome 1 & 2:
Closing Date: March 31, 2026
Stabling status will be confirmed by April 7, 2026

• Tier 1 Stabling: $280/week

• Tier 2 Stabling: $260/week

• Standard Stabling: $245/week

• Tack Stalls: $280/week

Ottawa Summer Tournaments 1 & 2:
Closing Date: March 31, 2026
Stabling status will be confirmed by April 7, 2026

• Tier 1 Stabling: $300/week

• Tier 2 Stabling: $275/week

• Standard Stabling: $245/week

• Tack Stalls: $300/week

Ottawa National:
Closing Date: June 30, 2026
Stabling status will be confirmed by July 7, 2026
